Preparation and if the product is the commercial retail packaging, it must be completely processed, without further processing; ( 5) Commercial use cosmetics, containing more than 20% of animal origin, import license is required; ( 6) The bulk ingredients used in the manufacture of cosmetics manufacturer, the import license is required.
